Tried to case this spell, but none of my provinces light up to case on? How am I suppose to use this spell? How about more comments / info in spell description please?

Check your current province economies. Prosperous Growth will not increase economy beyond max.
Max economy for provinces:
Capital: 9
Harbor: 7
Standard: 5

Was playing as myrmont(sp?) and purposefully wasnt using money to upgrade and the only provinces the spell would work on were plains on the coast in ravengard territory that I conquered. Wouldnt let me cast anywhere else in my country and yes all were below max.

Hmm, I'm able to cast Prosperous Growth in Myrmont provinces. Is it possible that you have some other effect active in your realm/provinces?

(And to be very clear, all of your provinces levels were below 5?)

My capital and provinces directly adjacent I maxed out. The forest with the timber resource and the moutains in the conquered raven territory is what I was wanting to upgrade via the spell and they were 1 or 2 econ lvl. The only selectable provinces were the coastal plains territories that I conquered none of the forest or hills or mountain provinces.

To cast the prosperous growth spell, the province must be fully repaired after your occupation (in other words, back to whatever level it was at before you attacked it), also note that you cannot use this spell to get around the restriction of only being able to upgrade a province once per turn.

No provinces where damaged. I only wanted the spell to upgrade the forests and hills mountains that cost more than normal. They where untargetable.
