Torpedo Bomber Bug?

I am trying to Switch a Torpedo Bomber from Bomb mode to Torpedo mode while in a carrier. The Button with correct description is in the first Slot, but instead of switching it goes back to the carrier.
Torpedo to bomb mode works (but there the button is in the 2nd Slot)
