Playing as Japan, I am at the land invasion of Java during the deployment phase. I placed my heavy infantry '41 (on transport ship) onto the map. I then proceeded to upgrade that heavy infantry to the 1942 version. Once I have done so, I received a message that I failed to achieve supremacy in the previous naval battle over Java and all the sudden I have additional enemy ships setup.
I have achieved all goals in the previous naval battle and I started the invasion of Java as designed with limited enemy ships. Only after the upgrade of the heavy infantry I receive this message of having not achived full victory in previous battle. Everytime I load my game he same happens after upgrading the heavy infantry.
