Manual says "Industry - Increases by a percentage the Oil and Production Points received per turn"

Right now, I'm level 2/5, and if I hover over the focus button, it shows the production symbol at the top with a +10.

So if my per-turn oil production is say 150, then my industry bonus is 10%, or an extra 15 OPs per turn?

If so, what kind of industry percentage bonus can I expect for levels 3-5?

Your PP's received each turn is based upon your war effort. Industry tech level increases the maximum war effort. War effort increases every quarter and also when DoW'ed upon or when you join a certain side.

What about the Oil Points?
