Multiplayer scenario Incomptatibilité.

When I want to play multiplayer, some scenarios are available in red and I can not access it. How to have these scenarios available? Should I buy them separately?

All free, check out Erik's multiplayer d/loads in the scenario design section. I'd post a link.. if I could work it out on this tablet.
