Pearl Harbor (Jap)

I've started the Jap campaign and finished (off) Pearl Harbor with all secondary objects without loosing a unit. On the world map for the 2nd mission, I still see a green marker "Casualties taken during the Pearl Harbour raid has weakened the quality of our carrier-based air crews."
Is that intended? Is there a hidden counter how many strength losses I had during the mission?
All my planes left the map at the end of turn 17, so that objective with no more than 1 plane losses was still checked green at beginning of turn 18.
Great game by the way! The supply system first looks a bit complex, but as long as you stick to the command points, keep your supply ships along the beach, conquer flags and don’t spread your forces too much, I guess everyone should have a blast without counting any numbers. You also get used to the move-slower-for-more-damage navy tactic.
Nothing really to complain here so far, as it still plays quite intuitively if you know you way around with PG/PzC games.
When I started my first mission, I missed a better description of the difficulty grades, as there is also a file lacking to change/customize the settings.
