On the product page I notice that it says this game will be coming out for iPad, but it doesn't have a release date yet, is the iPad version coming out at a later date then, or is it being developed simultaneously and coming out on the 30th?

They posted somewhere else on this thread that the ipad version won't be coming out until after pc version. And they didnt provide an ETA.

Simply because we cannot make an educated estimate at this point. The code compiles on iOS but we have a lot way to go to modify the visuals, interface etc for iPad. Once the storm of the release has settled down a bit we should be able to focus our attention on this task and hopefully give us a better impression on how much time the changes/additions will require.

Thanks for the speedy reply. On behalf of those of us who will buy it twice--first for PC, then later for iPad--I would like to encourage you, if it is technically feasible, to make it possible to transfer saved games or campaigns from one platform to the other. THAT would be a feature truly worth waiting for!

You will definitely be able to play multiplayer games via any device and transfer saves. Single player is more tricky as we don't have a system for that unfortunately. It's unlikely to happen in the short term unfortunately.

At some point it would be Nice to be able to play custom single player scenarios on the iPad.
Other applications on the iPad allow you to drag a file into the iPad part of iTunes and the app simply supports it.
For instance, I can open Word files from my dropbox and into an app I use for manage my bands. All done on the iPad.

Hello. I was wondering if there was an update on the IPad version?

What was the reason for not doing simultaneously releases across all platforms? If I purchase the game on steam, can I transfer to IPad when released without repuchasing? This way I don't have to wait to play the game?

Any update as to the progress for the iPad version?

The Mac version is still being worked on. No date for Ipad yet.

Any updates on the iPad version - been waiting for this one for a while now. Looks like a great game - right up my alley.

Have you any news about an ipad release of Order of Battle Pacific ?

Will Order of Battle Pacific for sure be on iPad? Any news on this? If the project is still alive, are we looking at maybe later in 2016? Thanks.

I am starting to wonder if the lack of response is a response. It would be very disappointing to find that ipad had been abandoned and hope it is not the case.

Sadly I don't think this will happen. Commitment to new games on iPad seems low. Shame.
