I was looking at the allies for the Later Achaemenid Persians and I saw "Lykian Allies".

Where do I find "Lykian Allies"? Is this is some upcoming book? Or is this a typo and should have been "Lydian"?

Where an ally is listed without a book reference, and it isn't in the book its mentioned in, it means it will appear in a leter, as yet unnamed, book or maybe on the FoG website if it doesn't fit into a published book.
