more special actions for units?

At the moment units can have except their traits only 3 active special actions during the game. First active is to regenerate morale (the tent button), second is refill strength and third is to enter their transport vehicles.
I would propose more special action buttons to enhance the choices of the game for units which have nothing to do atm. Possible would be
-dig trench (active, maybe only for those with the dig in trait) which give +xx defense modifier.
-prepare bayonets! - gives +xx modifier to the next close assault for this unit
-prepare fire! - gives +xx modifier to the next shot this units makes
