Add new Factions

Its posible add new factions, like Black Crusaders, Adeptas Sororitas without delete the old ones... Blood Angels etc?

Yes, it is certainly possible. See the forum posts on the Tau and Tyranid mods which are already out.

No, the Tau and Tyranid mods, are not new factions, just units of Tau, and Tyranid that can be used by Orks or Imperial.
When I said new factions a mean can create you new one, and that faction could be show in the purchase menu.
I was try to modify the "factions.whdat" file, but when I did, then the editor dont load.. I dont know if Im doing something bad or not.

This is not enough. You must edit more files. Take a look here to have an idea:

But either with this is not enough i think. Because i have managed to add new faction to the editor but not in game. You must edit development codes and create new gui to make your work apply correctly. So as far as i know, its simply not possible
