Noticed a small unit movement oddity while playing Battle of the Dunes
A pike and shot infantry unit became fragmented. Due to this state it couldn't be moved one grid (diag or orthag) to its front into one of the rough dune hexes
However, it was allowed to use fallback movement into the same terrain type.... (Boys, were too disordered to move forward, but just close your eyes and shuffle backwards and we'll be fine

)

It isn't really a glitch. They are reluctant to move forward, so their normal AP is halved. They can fall back but it is likely to turn into a rout.

well, in this case I actually spent a turn to do an about face and and next turn was attempting to move away from the enemy, and then halted by the rough terrain. On a whim i did another about face and next turn tried "fallback". Very situation I suppose but odd. Certainly not an issue enough to change the code.
