I can't exit the game from the campaign map. If I click on 'exit' or 'save and exit' in the options, the game just completely freezes and has to be killed via task manager. Has anyone had this before?

I also have a bug similar to this. If I try to quit to main menu, the game freezes and must be killed via task manager.
