Trouble With Demo serial numbers

We've had a few people report problems with receiving serial numbers for the demo after upgrading to the full version.

It is supposed to do it all automatically to make life simpler, but it seems sometimes it fails and then ends up being much more complex for you guys than the traditional serial number system. We think it's related to firewalls or virus checkers but are investigating and will see if we can track it down.

If this happens to you, can you e-mail info@slitherine.co.uk with your order number and also include your hardware fingerprint. The fingerprint is displayed on the registration screen as an 8 digit alpha numeric value such as HTT6-7YHT. We'll then be able to get you up and running.
