Boruvian Empire Port Bug - Ships Stuck in Merdigo [solved]

The Boruvian port in Merdigo is bugged. Ships cannot travel to the Sforic Bay from the port and can only move instead to the land province of Chevalese!

UPDATE: Starting a new game, this bug has gone.

IT is likely that a spell was preventing access to the sea zone (dead winds is a common one)

I checked the nodes and they appear to be ok in the base game.

If they were transport ships, the land move is valid for them.

The spell would prevent any ship entering the target sea zone, it wouldn't stop you moving units out of the harbour and onto land.

Then you are probably sufferinf from the AI's annoying habit of over-filling sea zones, if there is no space, you can't move there.. one of the aspects of the AI which we need to work on and improve.
