So as far as I can understand the cavalery units cannot take over capture points towns or whatever they are called during battles. But my eagle attacked a unit that made it scared used it fear ability and my eagle moved into a capture point.I was happy at first cos I captured a point for free but then I could not move the eagle out of it.Has that happen to anyone else?

Flying units cannot capture, rather than cavalry.

The fact that it got forced onto it and then couldn't move is a bug.
