Issues that were not fixed

• Top view and briefing are not friends.
• When receiving an email informing that a new turn is ready the name of the opponent is missing.
• APEffective is wrong in some units.
• MP message window don't allow line feed on MacOS, and the "&" char has odd behavior.

Lacks or improvements that should be "a must"

• MP. Access to the message window while taking the turn, this will be very useful to comment or remember comments with your opponent.
• MP. Copy and paste on message window.
• MP. Lists should show the player side (now only the accepting list is showing it).
• MP. Be able to reorder the list for any column (now it is only possible in the accepting matches).
• MP. Casualties window switch (toggle key). This is an old demand, all other info windows open and close by toggle key.

Most of above improvements are already implemented in some part of the game (so in the code) so spread them should not be a problem. Other were missing from BA1 to BA2.
