Exception...

Having installed the game I start it to find: 'Exception' and a page full of code on XNA. Very disappointing. C'mon guys this is the 21st Century, I paid $80+ for a package of games I now have no confidence in. I feel conned...

No. Tried 3 times to download it - gets to the end (after an hours wait) and then tells me it's failed to download. What now?
