What does the "T" in the supply icon mean?
What type of garrison do you generally leave in Poland and France once they are conquered? Where do you deploy them?
Thanks.

typically you garrison with GAR's in Cities and Rail depots - some people leave the rail depots empty and keep a CORP to beat up partisans for experience
what do you mean by T in the supply ICON?

Truck supply you only see when the rail gauge is different than your type. E. g. Axis in Russia or Russia in central Europe before you have converted the gauge to your own side.
Trucks provide rail supply at a range from the nearest rail head. So if you see the truck supply icon then you're about to run out of the rail supply. That will drop your supply level to max 3. That means -1 movement etc.
Truck supply is usually only relevant when the front lines change very fast. Like in the Summer / Fall of 1941 or in 1944 when the Russian steamroller runs fast towards Germany.
