Install Error - Another program is currently using this file

Tempted by the HappyEaster15 discount I bought CC Gateway to Caen - I can't even install it - I get an error "Another program is currently using this file". It is using C:\Users\Dave\Local\Temp area to do something - my C drive has nearly 600 GB space free.
Any ideas?

A 3rd party program, like for example an anti-virus, is interfering with the game installation. Try installing the game in Windows safe mode as this will reduce the possibility of that to happen.
