Here's something that would make the game a lot easier to play and more enjoyable for me. One screen, ideally accessible from the base, that lists all components on active programs, their reliability, and the ability to view/manage the team from there. Right now in order to change up my teams I have to go to:

- Headquarters
- Show Programs
- Select the specific program the team is on
- Select the mission within the program
- Select R&D
- Select the component that the team is working on

and since I'm constantly changing up my teams it's a bit of a headache to do this every single time. Apart from that I love the game.

One way I got around this was to create a save file in a game where I completed every mission. It was fun just to complete every mission, but I liked that it allowed me the flexibility to see any mission on demand.
