Gates of Troy Main Menu black screen

Hello, i wanted to install gates of troy on my win 7 pc again and had already the problem with the "d3drm.dll" file but fixed it,
but now when i start the game the intro plays and after that i come to the main menu what is completly black expect a little square of texture on the top left of the screen.
The music plays in the background too, Please help me
