Playing on a tablet

Hi, Vietnam 65 looks very good. It is possible to play it on the tablet (with Win8) without mouse and keyboard, only by touch? Thanks.
yes, if it's windows and not RT, while RT may work i can't say for sure as i haven't tested it on it, not that other might not have
