Finding opponent for multiplayer

I have once played a pbem game last year. Now when I want to accept a challenge I see every game has passwords. Where do these people find themselves to play pbem? Is there any other forum or community? All the game I see in accept a challenge screen are password protected.

Put up a challenge without a password. Within about 1-2 hrs you will surely have an opponent. If you want a fairly even challenge, it may be a good idea to put what level of difficulty in the Description box.
