I have just had a hard drive failure, and have lost my entire Battle academy mega pack. How do I go about re-downloading the game?

You should be able to contact 'support[at]slitherine.com' and they should be able to assist you. IIRC, your serial numbers can be found on your member page at the Slitherine forum, in case you lost those also.

Thanks, I have sent the email, I sent it to the one ending in .com, maybe I should have sent it to the one ending in .co.uk. Will have to wait and see if I got it right.
