Hello.

After I recently had to reinstall Windows I lost my FoG download links and had to request a new one.

They gave me a link along with this email:

"Hi Vincent,

Thank you for contacting us. I have sent you a separate email containing a link for you to download your Field of Glory base game. In order to install any expansion in Field of Glory, you need to have the base game installed and updated with the last patch (1.8.1). The patch is embedded with all the expansions you only need to unlock them. So please follow these steps after having installed Fields of Glory:

1. Download the update/patch (1.8.1) from the link below: ftp://ftp.matrixgames.com/pub/FieldofGl ... p-v181.zip
2. Unzip the download file. Run the extracted file to update the game
3. Double click the Field of Glory game icon (launcher) in the desktop
4. Click the "Register Army Pack Serial…" button
5. Select the expansion pack you wish to unlock
6. Enter serial number for expansion pack
7. Select "Enter Serial"
8. Repeat the steps for each expansion you might have

I've confirmed in-game my version is 1.8.1

However I'm stumped at step 4.
On the Launcher I don't see a 'Register Army Pack Serial' button.
And the 'Register' button is greyed out.
This is all I see:

I don't see any kind of 'add Expansion' buttons from within the game either.
And I see that the only activated version is the base game:

Seems they had the same issue here:

I wonder whether they fixed it(?)

EDIT:
I sent in another support email requesting version 1.5+ of Field of Glory as that *should* hopefully fix my issue.

Hello.

I recently had to reinstall Windows.

I kept my download links and serial keys on my USB Flash Drive.
But when attempting to follow the link I get an error.
Something about the link being disabled.

I can see my serial keys on my Slitherine Account as well.

Who do I contact or where do I go to re-download Field of Glory so I can play this awesome game again?
