Victory on turn 2

I've played Battle of the Bulge probably 30 times against humans and 100 against the AI, and I just managed something I've never seen before: a victory as Allies on turn 2, against AI.
Can't believe how lucky I got. Was playing the random setup game, against AI Mantueffel. My guys pulled off a miracle at Clervaux on turn one - first counterattacking and destroying a VG division, then standing fast against 1SS, dealing out 3 hits to the elite German unit without taking any losses in return. And otherwise, remarkably few losses as my guys pulled back in good order.
The AI sort of stuffed around on turn two, without managing to kill any major units. Another VG division was destroyed trying to pin down an armoured combat command at Echternach. And to my great surprise, turn two ends, and I get a victory screen! Total German points at the end of turn 2: 2 points for killing off some Allied chaff, 2 points for St Vith, minus 4 points for 2 lost VG divisions, total of zero.
I actually counted up hits over the first two turns. I took 8 hits, and dealt out 9 to the Germans.
Has anybody ever seen a turn one victory?
