I really enjoy the game, but one serious flaw I noticed in multiplayer is that each round
if you don't like the way its going you can just kill the game and start that round again.
Is there anyway to play the game whereby rerolling cant be done?

The PBEM++ system tracks the number of times a given turn is downloaded, and so if you do as you describe, the system will know and appropriate action is taken
