Is there a possible way to make a mod to make more ethnic groups available. If you can what graphics program should i use to make the graphics of the group.I want to make the libyans and meshwesh all of the libyan ethnicity not nubian since they werent.If this is at all possible please give me some help on how to do this.

It's a massive job and if you've not done it before it might be difficult. You need something like 3DS or Maya.

If you don't know there is no way I can explain - it's takes years to learn

Start to look for online tutorials or training video`s on Maya, there are thousands on the net!
