On what page is this clarified?
Or, if I want Austrians tagging along, do I really have to have 5 Austrian infantry regiments with 1814 Wurttembergers?
Aren't the minima and maxima halved or something? If so, I can't find where it says this.

When importing an allied division:

-divide the minimum by 3 to get the allowable number. This is really just to make it possible to field most troops, esp. if they have a high minimum number.

-do not divide the maximums...they remain (errata E & E clarification)...no more divide the max. by 2

So, for example, with the Austrian 1814 list:

-German Line Infantry: minimum becomes 4 (12 divided by 3)(so one small unit must be fielded) but maximum 24 remains if you so choose to have)
-the Average Conscripts divide by 3 to give a minimum of 2.6ish = one small unit must be fielded
-everything else zeros out
