The suggestion is adding a battlefield background soundtrack which can be turn on/off.
Tis just like TOAW iii (The Operational Art of War), with occasional sound of nature, artillery, rifle and machine gun on the background. Players will be personally on the scene then.
If player turned off the music, the battlefield background soundeffect is still work.

Hi,
Unfortunately currently there is no way to make the game play both music and battlefield sounds at the same time as it only plays one track as background music.

However, both of my mods have such an "ambient" battlefield soundtrack mixed by me which replaces the vanilla music:

And you can also download and use the battlefield soundtrack separately:
http://www.mediafire.com/listen/qqoqcds ... efield.mp3
To use it separately with the vanilla campaigns you have to copy this mp3 file into your
...\Panzer Corps\Audio\Music\
folder and then edit the "music.pzdat" file in the same folder to make the game use it instead of the vanilla music tracks (ingame1, ingame2, etc) like this:
Original "music.pzdat":
# Track name (no extension) theatre
ingame1 0
ingame2 0
ingame3 0
ingame4 1
ingame5 1
#allied1 0
#allied2 0
#alliedafrica1 1
Edited "music.pzdat" which makes the game to use the ambient battlefield sounds file instead of the music tracks in both theatres (Europe + Africa) when playing the Axis:
# Track name (no extension) theatre
battlefield 0
battlefield 1
