AI cheats (don't they all?), as allies I get 1 rail for Russia and France yet when I play central powers the ai Russians , and French get at least 3 rr movements. my AH get 1 but the ai moves at least 2 maybe 3 AH troops on the first turn. there is no money to buy 1 let alone 2 more rail points on any countries first turn.
make it play fair or give me my money back.
