DOM playing tool

Hello,
Does anyone have a map of DOM or link to download?
Since I would like to have a map to fill in info like river crossing and other entry limitations, defense lines and so on,
I would like to have a printed map.
Also, if there is a turn chart to print out, I really appreciate it.
Yes, I am really addicted with this game. and still cannot find the way to stop "German Power offense"...
