If I have two BG's which cannot interpenetrate each other in side edge contact and one wants to wheel away from the other, is this possible? Thus ...

Assuming the "X" and "O" BG are both facing up, the "O" BG wants to wheel to the right and move. Logically it seems that this should be able to occur. But do the rules prevent such a wheel because the "O" unit would overlap/clip the "X" unit?
