When Cav are disordered by their proximity to Elephants. Does the disorder cease automatically when they get out of range or do they have to take a cohesion test?
When a unit autobreaks and a General is attached but not fighting in the front rank. Does the General die also?

Dissorder always ceases as soon as the cause goes away.
When a BG autobreaks it still routs and the general is only in danger if the routing BG is caught. A routing BG is not removed till the end of the joint action phase.
If a 2 base superior or elite BG loses a base it doesn't break on the loss of the base but is still removed in the JAP. This then counts as if it has broken at that point but there is no pursuit and an attached general can move to another BG as per the relevant rule.
