The shopping cart seems to be having a bad day. After entering my name and password, it gave me two messages. The first was that I had successfully logged in, the second was that the login had failed. Anyway, since it claimed that I was logged in, and listed my user name, I decided to go onto the next step.

I selected the combination offer of Arena and GoT, and clicked once on the "add to cart" button. The program then sat and churned for about a minute, then informed me that my total was something over $400 US dollars for 9 copies. I went into the "checkout" stage, and changed the quantity to 1, then hit the recalculate button. At that point the system gave me a "server error" message and spit me out. Obviously it isn't supposed to do that.

I'll try again at a later date.

I tried again, and it wouldn't let me go any further without logging in, but wouldn't accept my username and password. I tried the "Slitherine Passport" upgrade, but it said that my username was already taken. It looks like I'm going to have to resort to using the phone to place an order.

You have already signed up as it uses the same username & password as the forum. Maybe you mistyped the password? You could try getting a reminder sent. It is case sensitive.

I can see orders coming in so it definitely working.

It was case-sensitive. Funny, because I've typed that same login dozens of times here. Anyway, you've got yourselves another sale.

I'm just glad it all works. I hate these technical issues!
