Sometimes a player will resign even if winning, just to avoid spending time on a sure victory?

Game Center games do time out after a week if a player fails to send a turn.

I don't know of any reports of bugs forcing resignations.

Yes it's a possibility but in my cases i don't think so. It was fast paced. One player said it was a bug. I dont't know but it's frustrating.

Bug Found:

After you view a video, and the other videos pop-up in the player window, if you click on one of them, it just replays the same video you just watched.

Is this fixed in the latest release?

i think they resigned because the game crashed.
i got a couple of online game with a very good friend where i was "waiting" hours for my friend to move. and he told me the same that his ingame button tells "waiting for other player to move". we really tryed a couple of games via game center but we allways had the same problem that after a while our "moves" were not transmitted to the other ipad anymore. so we had to resign the games . we also reported this problem to shenandoah via the ingame feedback procedure. but they have not fixed this problem until now. this sucks because every online game i tried to play with my friend ended up in this mess. so in fact its not playable online, this is really a shame.
i have this problem with all games BoB and DoM :(
i hope i could helped you a bit. i think you should also report this problem to "them"
greetings from germany...
