This is a Lancster list, but I was thinking of changing to get some pikemen and the better knights.

I am trying to convert over my DBM army, I swear its smaller in FOG, at least more expesive in the core troops..

I have bombards and organ guns but could not fit them in.

What shoudl I add/subtract?

I think the Retinue longbow points are off. They are 9 in the book and 10.5 on the lancaster sheet

Both correct. The extra 1.5 is for stakes (3 points per 2 bases)

Indeed - for simplicity the sheet calculates them as a cost per base for the BG that has them.
