Twice now I've noticed that when I get a draw I lose 16 points. Surely it should be a wash? Is this the way the system is supposed to work?

1. It would only be a wash if you both had exactly the same Elo rating.
2. Yesterday I fixed the bug where a draw was not actually being treated as a draw.

today I got two games finished with an oppenent having higher elo than mine,
1) first was a draw I lost 16 and he lost 16 ...
2) second was a win for me, I gain 16 he lost 16 ...

is all this correct as it should work ?

No. As already mentioned, case 1 was fixed. But of course, we cannot roll out fixes whenever we like, so you don’t have the fix. Patience.

I cannot say if 2 is correct, it would depend on the exact scores involved. But since his Elo was higher, he should have gone down if you beat him, and you should have gone up.

I guess the fix is in the next update .. when is it planned to be available for upgrade !?

We don't have a release date yet, but we are working on it as we speak.

What's an ELO rating?

Elo is a method of ranking the relative skill of players in a group, for a one versus one game.

The update with the fix hasn't come out yet...not sure when it's scheduled...

It is fixed, but takes time for updates to wend their way through the app store -- should be on the app store on the weekend
