crashes my Iphone5

Hi,
I have recently installed and played this game and enjoy it greatly.
However, on two occassions after having pressed the top button of my iphone5 (IOS7 software) to turn the screen off whilst i do something else on coming back to the game (by pressing the game icon) the screen shows the opening screen (snow covered field) and then has a jitter with the colours going strange and the phone then displays the Apple logo! Pressing the top utton or home button ny themselfs or together or holding them for up to 8 seconds does NOT make any difference. The phone is charged when this happens and plugging it into a computer (without Itunes) to ensure it was charged made no difference.
Then after an hour and a half the phone turned itself back on!
As the phone is unusable for this time it is a major issue
Any ideas what is happening?
regards
Peter

further info.
I have tried to connect through my computer to the latest iTunes and it says the phone is in recover mode (DUF I think) and that ITunes will restore and update the software.
BUT it then comes up with an error saying that it could not be restored !

Yow!
I can’t think of any way an app would be be able to put an iPhone into recovery mode. There may be a hardware problem.

Any chance you could send us a crash report?
Or let us know if it's not generating a crash report.
Here's how to find them on your computer:
- Sync the iOS device with iTunes, then look in the following locations:
- OSX: Hit Command+Shift+G and navigate to ~/Library/Logs/CrashReporter/MobileDevice/
- Windows XP: C:\Documents and Settings\USER\Application Data\Apple computer\Logs\CrashReporter\
- Windows Vista & Windows 7: C:\Users\USER\AppData\Roaming\Apple computer\Logs\CrashReporter\MobileDevice\
- If you have multiple iOS devices, select the proper device that you want to retrieve the crash log from
- Look for files with the app name you want the crash reports from, copy that out of the folder, or copy multiple logs and zip them up for the developer
The file will look something like:
Bulge_2013-11-15-124409_****
Where **** is the name of your iphone.
Then post the report here as an attachment or email it us at

as i can't restore my iphone (Itunes keeps coming up with a error 14 now , was error 5) i think it may be fatal!
I have located the reports, as suggested, but none of them are current (last date was prior to this happening) and so they don't mention the bulge as being an issue.

http://support.apple.com/kb/TS3694#error14 suggests that it might be a USB issue?
If you are fortunate enough to live near an Apple Store, you may have to pay a visit (make a reservation first).

Hi,
OK I had to take it to a Apple store as I was unable to restore it at home.
Unfortunetly there was/is no explanation as to the cause of the crash and all data was gone (including my recent overseas trip to France photos!!).
I now will get a IPAD AIR AND DtM.

Sorry about your phone
Good excuse to get yourself an Air though!
