I have two iPads, a 3 and a retina mini, with Moscow installed on both. In Game Center I can look at my accomplishments on either pad, but they are different. I would expect that my victory accomplishments would sync between devices but they don't. Is there a switch I need to toggle?

I would expect them to be the same as well. After all, this is handled entirely by Game Center.
