Are we getting griefers now?

Hello All -
I'm guessing this has already been discussed before, but I've been running into a problem endemic to Gamecenter games, that of the "freebie win griefer". To wit: you choose "New" to get a new online game, and are set up to play the Allies (any scenario). The German simply never makes a move. If you eventually resign the game to get him off the list, he gets the free win and the achievement (though what value it is, I can't understand). If you don't, your list fills up with griefer games. I've got three of them on my list right now, and one of them has been sitting there for over a week.
Is there any way to do the equivalent of "poke" a player, like you can do in Words With Friends, to remind them to move? Alternately, perhaps a feature request would be some kind of timer, that lets you kick another player (without resigning) if they haven't responded in some reasonable time frame, like say a couple of days?
