Have purchased and downloaded Commander - Europe at War.
Got confirmation email from Digital River, but no unlock code.
Their "find my order" site works, but there is no unlock code on that page either.

Sorry you are having problems. It shoudl not require an unlock code as it should get inserted automatically. If it does fail please e-mail your order details to info@slitherine.co.uk along with the hardware fingerprint displayed on the pop up menu asking for your serial number and we'll get you sorted out ASAP.

I'm hope I'm not jumping the gun on this, but I seem to be having the same problem as mhiggins i.e. Digital River gave me the 'demo' to download (still prompting for the activation key) and no username or key to enter.

I've emailed you as advised above (e-mail address is the same as my account on your forum) and would appreciate a response.

Sorry to anyone who experiences this - we'll process these requests ASAP. As you can imagine we're looking for alternative serial number systems with all the problems this causes....

I´ve allready received my key but it now says it's the wrong key or name. What now?
