I think I understand the rules pretty well, but can't for the life of me work out why I have lost this game. I was the Allied player the Axis player was AI(Von Rundstedt).

You'll see from the uploaded image that it's 19th December and the Axis have 26VP, so not enough to meet their Victory Threshold (43 are required by the Axis on 19th). Furthermore whilst the 1st SS Panzer occupy Namur they cannot trace supply so the Axis auto-victory via 'Early Axis Victory' should not be appropriate either.

Am I missing something or is this bug?

There's a fairly well documented supply bug that I think is fixed and will be in the first update.
