Use of Panzer Brigade 150

When I first saw this one-strength unit, I wonder why there is possible a panzer "division" so weak. After do-a-search, I find this is actually a brigade size unit and I guess it is here for historically accurate reason.
How would you use it?
P.S. I cannot help but relating this with the "dummy" units in the Operation Crusader game.

Armor can be stacked with infantry to increase its defence (-1 modifier to the attacker).
Armor is very mobile. It can do strategic moves, which Axis infantry cannot do. Use it to take control of an area, interdict a bridge, prevent river crossing by more than one unit, and so on...
Even on its own, it can hold ground providing it is in woods or town and doesn't take more than 1 hit.

Additionally when attacking with Infantry it can be used to Breakthrough (assuming it doesn't take a hit) which the Inf obviously cannot exploit.

The 150th is great for adding the -1 defense to an otherwise large stack of inf in good terrain. It's also surprising hard to kill until the Allies get their airpower. It can also be used to head south to get control of Arlon and delay the Allies southern reinforcements the make life difficult on the 22nd.
