We note you are still consistently downloading your turns multiple times.
If you are having technical issues you need to contact our tech support team immediately via info@slitherine.co.uk.
A member of the team has been notified and your account will be locked out of the PBEM++ system until the issue is resolved.

Well I don't and I haven't been locked out?

Is there something I should know?

I will get the server team to take a look, but the cheat detection system is generally correct. Are you sure you have not downloaded turns more than once (due to a crash, shutting down the app (if you are on iPad), etc).

I've had a couple of issues uploading but not recently.

I've got six games ongoing. Would co-op be a problem or playing two h2h games with the same player but on different sides?

You've locked me out now....

Get the guys to contact me: time of day will give me a clue which router/system the issue is with.....

I would send an email to support@slitherine.co.uk with your details and that will allow you to open a discussion with the team. Note that you wouldn't have gotten this message over a few issues - it should escalate over time unless there is a high ratio to multiple downloads. But I am sure they can provide you with the information you need.

Hi Reform,

We checked the logs in the system and we did see you are surely not cheating.
The warning could be due to some connection issue you had, but we didn't lock the account nor we are going to.
I've reset your account status on the system manually, you should not receive any notification if you still play like this
