Nordlingen noodlings

Apologies if this is an rtfm moment, but could someone please confirm what constitutes holding the hill in Nordlingen? Is it:

1) the flag must remain Swedish for five consecutive turns (but not occupied)
2) the flag square must be occupied for five consecutive turns
3) the hilltop must be entirely held by Sweden with no Catholics present for five consecutive turns?

I could swear I've fulfilled #1 after a lucky rout route and the Catholics never retaking the flag, but I suspect that wasn't enough.

Thanks in advance!

It took me the best part of a day, but I finally realised that the best way to beat this scenario is to strictly, emphatically, NOT run up any hills :).

Phew, onwards to Wittstock!
