Lasweapon tweak

Lasguns are comparable to autoguns, but in Arma they have less Str: I suggest upgrading lasguns to Str 25.
Multi-lasers are even worse: in 40k they would orks more easily than hvy bolters (but have shit AP). So my suggestion is a boost to multi-las Str. At least 5 point, but 10 points would be more like it. Should make Inf in Chimeras much more worthwhile.
