Commissar unit request

Arma has several named commissars in the blurb...but no Commissar units before Yarrik.
It would have been very nice to see a unit (probably unique) representing whiny-boy Commissar Faldarak (probably misspelled) for example. Something along the lines of the Command unit perhaps.

Or an infantry unit with a commissar can can lose 1 str (execution) in exchange for full morale!

DOW had a nice function for that in their IG Winter Assault game I think.
Adds nice 40k flavor to shoot cowards and inspire loyalty to the Emperor ....
