Rocket explosion image after release of Mariner Mars

I was flying a Mariner Mars probe, and the mission was successful, but the last image shown (on the last step of the season 1 launch) showed an explosion.
Just an FYI in case it is an issue in the code.

Well, I am way past it now. If it would still be contained in the files, just let me know where they are and I will send them to you.

If you can find the autosave from that season and post it in the forums (or send it via PM), that would be great

This is fixed now. It was a glitch in the database that the internal validation tool was failing to catch. Many thanks for reporting it.
