I'm not really up on ancients yet, but I can't see any lists for Athenians within Immortal Fire - are they classic greeks or is there another list to use for them?

They are indeed covered by the Classical Greek list until 280 BC and thereafter by the Hellenistic Greek list.

You don't get much more Classical Greek than the Athenians.
